  WORST experience ever! Wish I could add a photo to this review! I am giving them one start not because of poor food taste or quality; as I was quite enjoying the taste of their lo mein up until I pulled out a LONG metallic/metal piece curled up within my noodles. I honestly have no clue what it is but it certainly has a metal look, shine, and feel to it. Completely unacceptable if I had swallowed that, who knows what could have happened. I called to inform them of what I had found and the woman was EXTREMELY rude and defensive. Not only did they not offer a refund but she told me that the only way that I could get a new container of lo mein was for me to drive all the way out to them for it. My original order was for DELIVERY, and she tells me that delivery is not free. She would not have her driver come out and bring me the new lo mein for free. As if it was MY fault they gave me contaminated food! Ridiculous. I wanted the driver to come out so that I could show him what I found. Absolutely ridiculous the way she spoke to me. Never giving them my money ever again. If i could give them a negative star I would. The customer service was more appalling than their food safety standards.

  The food is great & the prices as well but their customer service is the worst! My last experience was the absolute worst, not only did the lady add something on my order I didn't ask for but the delivery guy asked for a tip before i could even get it out my pocket! Then they charged my card ten extra dollars! When I called they did return my money but she argued about the extra item. Unless I have cash I will not be ordering from them! My advice is be careful with giving them card information!
